-Courier(s): refers to the third-party delivery services that PTIIP uses.
-Purchaser: refers to the company, organization or person that uses the PTIIP’s website and Service and makes purchases
-Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit PTIIP and use the services.
-Service: refers to the service provided by PTIIP as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

-You: a person or entity that accesses PTIIP’s website to use the Services and make purchases.
Shipping Policy
Thanks for your patronage for PTIIP. We appreciate the fact that you like our curations. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our items.
As with any transaction experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at PTIIP. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at PTIIP, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the Shipping Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the item you bought, or if you are not happy with it, we will not be able to issue a refund for your item. Please contact us immediately and we will work to a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case basis.
Courier(s)
We currently use Canada Post and FedEx delivery services for all our packages. We may offer more courier options in the future depending on the demand, geographics, and demographics of our purchasers.
Delivery Time
All orders are aimed to be processed within 3 business days once payment is processed. For crystals and/or larger parcels, processing time may extend up to 5-10 business days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.
The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the destination and shipping method you choose during checkout, ranging anywhere from approximately 2 business days to 15 business days.
These times can vary depending on the season and weather, as such we cannot guarantee an absolute delivery time.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to offer our support.
Shipping Locations
We ship to all nearly countries worldwide that Canada Post and FedEx service. Confirmation of service of location can be found during checkout when you fill out your address.
If your address is not serviced, please contact us and we will do our best to try and work something out for you.
Checking Order Status
If you choose a shipping method that offers tracking you will receive email notifications and a tracking code which you can use on the designated couriers’ website.
Failure to Deliver
If you don’t receive your order within 15 business days, it could mean either your order is delayed or lost. We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for such events.
Please contact us and we will do our best to offer our support.
Orders made with an incorrect delivery address cannot be corrected or refunded by us once we have shipped it.
Damaged Items
All orders are pre-inspected and the condition recorded on file before packaging and shipping out to ensure you receive your items in the best condition possible.
Crystals are products of nature and as such each piece is unique and may have imperfections. Our product photos may vary slightly in colour and shape compared to the physical product in your hand.
We cannot guarantee that items won’t be damaged during transit. We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for such events.
We ask that you record an unboxing/unpackaging video as a record of proof and evidence of the physical condition of your order.
Should you find your order damaged please contact us and we will do our best to offer our support.
Without your video of unboxing/unpackaging we will be unable to assist you in any way.
Refunds
We do not process refunds for orders already shipped. Please enter the correct address and contact information before placing an order.

Duties and Taxes
Orders may be subject customs fees, import taxes, and other fees imposed by destination country upon delivery on top of what is calculated during checkout.
Any extra duties and taxes are passed onto you, the purchaser, and we shall bear no responsibility for them.
